Bloomington's Activity Centers at Kennedy and Jefferson High Schools are the result of a cooperative operation of Community Education and the high schools themselves.  Both centers opened in 2002, adding an additional 150,000 square feet of recreational space to the district.  Community members can benefit from beginning and maintaining an active fitness lifestyle!

Bloomington's Activity Centers offer a wide range of fitness options.  Modern equipment in a clean, comfortable atmosphere is provided for your use and enjoyment.

• 2 batting cages / golf cages
• 1/7 - mile long indoor running track
• 5,000 sq. ft. Fitness/Weight room
• Team Meeting room
• Adult locker rooms with showers
• Wrestling rooms (Kennedy)

Both Activity Centers at Kennedy and Jefferson High Schools are available for community use with a patron card.  Patron cards allow you access to the activity center facilities during non-school hours seven days per week (excluding certain holidays).  Patron cards can be used at both locations.  Stop by either location to fill out the application for membership.  Proof of residency will be required.
